The brooch has lots of round cut marcasite gemstones accented all throughout. The 4 square cut green gemstones are chrysoprase. On the posterior is signed "Ciner." In 1931, Ciner began manufacturing high-end costume jewelry following the tradition of its previous product lines. In 1946, the Ciner Manufacturing Company began its first efforts to advertise on a National level, giving the company exposure through popular fashion magazines such as Vogue. The silver is sterling, tested positive as such. C O N D I T I O N: excellent vintage condition. Mild signs of gentle wear.
