Rarely seen EARLY vintage manual winding watch from famed USA maker Illinois. Nice Gold Plated case with "Turtle" lugs. Sets winds and runs as designed. Not recently timed or water tested / proofed. Period (possibly original) strap has so much character I can't bear to replace it. So I oiled it and left it in place. I can replace it with a new strap if desired. This watch is AT LEAST 80 years old. The case is excellent for its age. Inside is a true USA made classic piece of old school high quality watchmaking. Cool CLASSIC piece originally Men's today considered midsize / unisex.
