*there is scratches and marks all over plastic wraps (this is how it came to me originally) but otherwise the game itself and the case is in tact has no tears, fading, breakage etc* What you get is what you see - Mario kart: Double Dash (sealed black label version) - as mentioned it has scratching on the plastic wrap but that comes from the previous ownership and how they stored it. Since I’ve had it in my collection I’ve kept it in a protective sleeve stored away in a box with other sealed games I own - originally purchased this off an eBay seller with a good track record of selling factory sealed games! So I can more than assure you this is a pre-inspected and a legit factory sealed game (see last pic) I also inspected the item myself beforehand to reassure it was as described - recently sold another sealed GameCube game in the same condition (check my listings) and they were more than satisfied with it:). -No returns if you decide to break the seal and open it Send offers!
