Has slight imperfections like seam lines & slight indentation from pour spout on top of head. No rips or tears Was freshly bathed & powdered prior to photos taken. While silicones can get wet, it's not recommended to bath them often. Only to clean off dirt & debris & keep them non sticky. Wears some larger preemie & Newborn. Can wear 0-3 months in some brands.
