This is a vintage Santo Domingo mosaic inlay orange clamshell & turquoise with apple coral necklace. Pieces of turquoise, mother of pearl, and onyx are encrusted on the clamshell. The double turquoise strands are 18 inches in length and finished with waxed adjustable ties, which commonly used by Santo Domingo in this style of necklace. The shell is 2-1/2 × 2-1/4". circa 1970-80s.
