16KG of Gray & Black spools mixed up. Individually packed as 1kg each, sealed and boxed. PLA filament spools by FilamentWorks™ are known for brittleness issues, and reached out to the manufacturer for insights. Our test prints with this filament produced satisfactory results without any problems. However, the issue lies in the filament feeding process rather than the final print quality. The manufacturer recommends drying the filament at 100–120°F for 4–6 hours to reduce moisture-related brittleness. Please let us know if the issue continues after trying this solution.
