Brand new in box, one pictured out of box is ours for reference, I like an idiot washed the dirty water tank in the dishwasher on high heat and warped the tank. Ordered a replacement then found warranty card and reached out to see about a refund for the part. Instead I got a whole new vacuum. So selling it. Works fantastic. You seriously won’t believe how dirty your floors are until you use this thing. Can be used dry like a normal vacuum as well. Battery has decent enough life to do most of our house (1200 ish sqft) self cleaning although I recommend every couple of mops removing the roller brush and letting it dry separately. And you have to manually empty the dirty water tank and rinse out. Comes with all instructions. Payed $220 for ours plus shipping.
