The construction of this cable starts with (2) 20AWG 4N CDA-101 Certified OFC solid core wires in a cotton dielectric. Each conductor is insulated by a thick unbleached cotton braid. The cotton insulation is the closest in its dielectric properties to air; Sonically this produces a very natural and open sound. The (2) conductors are then twisted together then covered in a second thick braided cotton sleeve then covered with 2 layers of PTFE (Teflon) then covered from end to end with a Black Diamond Braid Polypropylene Sleeving and then covered with a Black FLEXO Noise Reduction Sleeving. At this point the cable itself is done and now ready for its Connectors which are Best in class KLE Classic Harmony Plugs that are attached using Wonder Silver Solder.
