Lemax BLACK RAVEN MANOR, from Spooky Town Halloween Village. Item #05605. Animated with lights, flying ravens, and haunting ghosts. Measures 12.36 x 9.17 x 6.10 inches. Has a power switch and volume control. Includes adaptor, takes 3 AA 1.5V batteries (these are not included). Pre-owned, excellent condition. Possibly displayed a few times. You will notice some visible glue on this, it was present from manufacture and is unfortunately typical of many Lemax pieces. I don't see any damage or repairs but there could be inconsequential irregularities I missed during inspection.
