pre-owned Box has some cosmetic wear such as small wrinkles in the cardboard on the outside and inside packaging. Please see photos for what i deemed the most noticeable,but please note there will be small imperfections under direct lighting throughout. Has some small imperfections throughout box,lid flap is a bit bent. Window has some dust,could wipe off with a wet wipe etc but i leave all cleaning decisions up to buyer as to avoid damage. Plush itself is beautiful. I did not play or have it on a shelf without its box,so she is like she came to me. Still has the rubber band inside box to secure her to the packaging. 100% official- i bought this from EPCOTs japan pavilion in walt disney world at their mitsukoshi department store- a real chain of japanese stores that regularly stocks official import hello kitty/ sanrio items that are hard to find anywhere else!
