This is a famous Hollywood Runway Piece. Frank Tortolani Started Tortolani Jewelry in 1930 and moved to Hollywood after WW II He closed his shop in 1979 and His son Donald opened after that. They have made jewelry for a 100 years. This necklace is pewter with gold overwash. This necklace and earrings are in very good shape. Very Stylish and beautiful.
