Lego Creator Expert Ferris Wheel set 10247. It is 100% complete with instructions. The instructions are a bit wavy/worn. About half the bags are still sealed. The ones the are in ziplock bags are still in like-new condition, it wasn’t ever assembled. Some of the bags had rips so I had to make sure they had all the pieces and then put them in ziplock bags and labeled them. I will ship with bubble wrap in a box.
