Moderate wear to covers including staining and rubbing to faces and fraying/bumps to corners and around the edges. Binding faintly split in a few gutters though hinges are secure and spine is straight. Faint liquid damage to top fore corner of some pages of text block. Bottom edge of first several pages roughly cut, either in production process or from a previous owner of pages were previously unclipped. Tanning pages. See photos for condition.
