I originally bought this as a gift for my mother, but she only used it a couple of times. The height happened to be the same height as the cabinets in her kitchen so it would get stuck under them. Otherwise seems to work fine, I have some other brands, in comparison I would say this one isn't the brightest model. More expensive brands will stop before hitting the wall and turning, this one goes full speed when it bumps. Saying that though I was surprised how strong it is. It went over big thick rugs without issue as well as kitchen mats. The side brushes worked really well, getting the edges and corners. It is made for hardwood floors, so it only has side brushes, which is good because under brushes on hardwood/tile/etc just flings the dirt around. Includes 3 brushes (2+1 extra), remote, charging cord and charging mount, 2 filters, cleaning tool, and the manual. Basically everything it came with except the original box.
