Ideal Pepper's Tree House doesn't fit together easily, so it may take some time to assemble. However, part of the playset will be sent assembled as it appears the connectors may break if those sections are taken apart. One wall in the middle of the tree house is warped and the table legs aren't straight (see photos). The playset has been in storage in its original box for many years. The box also shows its age. The approximate size of the box is 19 x 15 x 12 inches.
