The jack is noisy and touchy and might need re-soldered. The pickup is not picking up all of the strings evenly. The lowest strings (E, A, and D) are much quieter than the higher strings. Missing two screws for the truss rod cover. 9V battery not included. Please only buy if you know how to repair guitars.
