Turquoise Silver Bear Claw Belt Buckle This vintage, Turquoise Silver Bear Claw Belt Buckle was handmade by Navajo Mike Thomas Jr. It offers wonderful, southwest colors and a traditional Sterling design! The real claw is accented with natural, Sleeping Beauty nuggets and a piece of Mediterranean Coral. The details include dimensional, feathered leaves, swirls, drops and twist wire in a chiseled and stamped frame. It's 3-3/4" by 2-3/4" with a 1-5/8" keeper and is hallmarked and stamped Sterling. This Turquoise Silver Bear Claw Belt Buckle is one of a kind, and your southwest swagger will be the talk of the town! Mike learned his craft from his father and has been making jewelry and accessories since the 1970's. He is referenced in Hougart's "Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmarks", Schaaf's "American Indian Jewelry I and III"and Wright's "Hallmarks of the Southwest".
