This is by a Leather TN Maker she is very good at what she does the stitching is amazing. I've never used it (besides to hold a few inserts i made). Realized the Personal TN size was just a little too small for me. It dies have a small spot on the front pocket but I'm pretty sure it'll come off with a wipe or something. It does have a different kind of leather on the front pocket, the 2 vertical pockets on the left inside and the 1 vertical pocket on the right inside are a different (softer and lighter color) then the 1 rest if the TN! It's that can hold pens, stickers, receipts or nothing at all its up to you...however you like to use or set up your TNs.
