1942 Philco Transitone Radio 42-PT95- READ NOTES Three quote a bit of information online about this model which looks to have been made around 1941-1942. Cosmetically a few scratches on the wood, overall decent condition.. Powers on and I can hear a low volume hum that doesn't adjust louder when I increase the volume. No stations picked up with the tuner, but I live outside of Los Angeles in the high desert. The power cord is in pretty bad shape, very stiff, dry and disentegrated in many places. Works AS-IS but should definitely be replaced.
