Nice collectible piece, The Webster System of Steam Heating, Warren Webster & Co. Camden, NJ. MFG by STAR BRASS, BOSTON PAT. July 30, 1889. As you can see in photos it is in good shape and I have never attempted to clean or polish it. The face plate is in immaculate condition. The key valve is stuck (can be unstuck with lubrication) in the open position. I have used an air compressor to test the gauge and the needle does move when air is applied. See photos for size, weight is 4lbs 13oz. Feel free to message and visit other sites to check values of this item. I have found them between low end of $200 up to over $450.
