This cut of pants is designed to be flattering for both men and women, and is high rise, with a large flare leg to accommodate large OR small stilt widths. These are approximately a US unisex medium to large with an elastic waistband for comfort and to fit multiple sizes. At rest, the waist measures 16" flat across and easily stretches up to about 18" flat across. (waist sizes of 28", 29" 30", 31" would be the best fit). Rise is almost 14" inches (high waisted).
