High quality and in good condition- never altered so could be altered for your measurements. Does have a few light flaws along the skirt including a few snags along the exterior material and some light stains/imperfections (hardly noticeable unless looking closely for). Top is floral with beaded/rhinestone detailing and bottom is a long silky maxi skirt. 100% polyester material. Perfect for special occasions and prom. Beautiful yellow color. Skirt is lined.
