Bought in Feb this year,just used two times in the trip to PR. barely has any tear and wear. Don't accept reture . Even you are a good swimmer, with snorkel vest, it is lot effortless to stay on top of the spot for watching, also it protects you from sun-burn , also add a layer to keep warm for extended soaking in the water. you can switch between infloating and defloating depending on staying still or moving around. i enjoyied the vest a lot and felt much safety even floating a long distance from the shore.
