This antique wax seal handle features a mythical fish design, with a woman's face in cameo stamp. It is a unique addition to any collection of desktop items, pens, or writing instruments. The vintage seal is perfect for collectors of stamps and seals, and is sure to be a conversation piece. It is quite old and appears to have had gold plating at one time, much of which has worn off. The base metal seems to be silver but I cannot find any clear markings. There may be illegible marks between the stamp and the handle but if so, I am not able to decipher them.
