REPAIRED: face plate had broken off of body at attachment screws. Attachment points were mended with epoxy as shown. 3 screws were added to the top cover and faceplate. Now the faceplate is probably stronger than it was new and is held into the proper position. TESTED WORKING: tested all inputs and output works well. Condition is not great as it was broken and repaired however a majority of the damage is on the sides and top so really isnt visible regularly.
