Really amazing quality on these Logger / Wildland Firefighting Boots by Buffalo Boot Co. in Spokane, WA. No MFG Date but guessing the 90's, could be 80's. They shows signs of wear and could use a good cleaning but overall they are in great shape with general scuffs and light scratches but no heavy wear, damage of any sort and there is lots of tread left. Tag reads Size 12 EE so they are wider than normal 12's.
