All of the gems are on the dress. In the pictures some of them are turned the wrong way. This was my hoco dress, and i had it tailored to fit a size 12. So instead of a 14 like the tag says, it’s a size 12. At the bottom one of the gems is coming off but it just needs to be sewn back on. I originally payed $800 for this dress, so I hate to not resell it. Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have and for more pictures!
