Overview: Up for sale is an incredible antique oil painting on board of a South American thatched adobes alongside a mountain river. It is signed at lower right and appears to read "A. Salgurros." Based on age and wear, I'd date this to the 1940s. Masterfully executed. Framed in a period dark wood frame. Condition: Painting is in good condition. Canvas is laid down on backing board. Minor spots of scuffing around edges. Frame is in fair to good condition, with numerous scuffs. Measurements: Painting measures approximately 9 inches high x 7 inches wide. Frame measures approximately 11.25 inches high x 8.75 inches wide.
