Reset button has been replaced with a brand new reset button. Headphone jack was tested and works with headphones, headphones are NOT included. Both controller ports have been tested with a six-button controller and are working. Composite and RF cable outputs have been tested and work. Console has been tested and pictures demonstrate this. This listing does NOT include: controllers, headphones, games, power cord, or a/v cables. This listing is for the console only. Condition: Console does have cosmetic wear.
