1930s U.S. Militsry Field Parka. Size L-XL Very rare larger sizing. This one has slightly different construction from the 1940s version, and the specific Talon zipper, selvage seams, and half zip indicate slightly older dating. It was made for the U.S. Military in the late 1930s pre U.S. involvement in WW2. This design was likely slightly altered for the U.S. military for the 1940s versions. This one in particular is extremely rare because in the late 30s the Great Depression was trailing off and this was made with Fur and steel for the zipper which were premium materials in that time and was a luxary garment. So the fact that this was not worn much or used could mean it never reached the public and was held in a storing facility for years. This is in excellent, barely worn, fully functional condition. No tears, no rot, no mold or rips. The fur is believed to be fox/coyote fur on the hoodie. Will fit men's L or XL. Feel free to dm or offer!
