Boyd's Crystal Art Glass Royal Plum Carnival Rex the Dinosaur Paperweight Figurine in original box - B533 1995 Royal Plum Carnival One in the box is a rare find as they made very few boxes. Marked with Fourth Five Year Mark, B in diamond with 3 lines. Measures: 4" Tall x 3.5" Wide and 3.5" Deep Perfect condition no chips or cracks. Old store stock, never sold or displayed. History of Boyd’s: From 1978 to 2014, glass made the old fashioned way...a man and a mold, one piece at a time. John Dagenhart started the glass business in 1947. After John’s death in 1964 his wife Elizabeth ran it until her death in 1978. Everything was sold to Bernard C. Boyd and his son, starting Boyd’s Crystal Art Glass. The Boyd’s continued the tradition of quality hand pressed glass in Cambridge, Ohio until closing in 2014. Stored in non-smoking environment Photos are actual item, colors may vary due to lighting.
